Mr.. Pedranti has been the architectural consultant on a basement renovation which included drawings to increase closet space and window seat design and on kitchen renovation. His suggestions have been focused on energy saving, and material selection. His knowledge of energy efficient design is amazing. I wish he could design a new house for me , but renovartions will have to suffice for the time being.
