Richard Ziegler Architect Inc. is a medium firm providing traditional architectural and interior design services. A main priority of the firm and its staff is to build a strong working relationship and open communication with each client. With this as a priority, RZA has been able to consistently deliver innovative, attractive, and cost-effective project solutions to meet each client’s functional, schedule and budgetary requirements. We have a reputation of delivering our projects on time and on or under budget. The design of RZA is different. It is not one style, but a diversity of styles, matched perfectly to the individual concept of each project. The inspiration for this lies in the relationship with the clients and our past experience in a wide variety of design challenges. Our role is not to impose our personal vision or style, but rather to help order and define an environmental style that functions, is appropriate and has meaning for the client. We also believe that a good design balance needs to blend the strengths of Architecture with the sensitivities of Interior Design. The result is a totally integrated, coordinated, finely detailed environment; from the way a building presents itself to the neighbourhood, to exacting interior proportions and lighting, to the position of interior furnishings.
