I had the pleasure of working with Ricky when our family grew too big for the number of rooms we had in our home. He set a time to come to our home and help us design a beautiful loft-to-bedroom conversion for our new baby. His attention to detail was everything we expected so the planning was seamless. He even worked an office space on the other side of the bedroom for me so I didn't lose the functionality of the loft- genius. Rick designed and was the construction manager for our 7,000+ sf home in Carbon County, Wyoming. We have used RL MORTON on at least four different projects. We did a remodel of our house, a new gazebo pool complex, additional redesign work on a proposed extension and a proposed casita project. We went ahead with two of the projects (the house and the pool complex) and are in a holding pattern (waiting on the ridiculous Boulder County Commissioners) on the others. We can unhesitatingly recommend RL MORTON with reservation. He (Rick) is patient and exacting and his work product is inspired and innovative. We would not use anyone else in this capacity after having checked out quite a few before working with RL MORTON.
