We had a project that we were interested in and Robert Osborn was recommended to us. When we first met him, we found him to be extremely professional and patient as he walked us through our discovery process. He was on time for all appointments and led us in a great direction as we explored our needs and desires. Robert was able to take all that we discussed and present it to us in visual detail that left us feeling like "he's got it". The ensuing meetings and work he presented was in stunning detail. He had it all. Additionally, after we engaged him for the project he was great to work with and he handled many conversations with our contractors as well. Simply said, he was a great choice for us and our project, thanks to him, worked out wonderfully.

My wife and I wanted to build an outdoor patio that would include a kitchen, family room, dining, and bar. While I had an idea of the layout, I didn't have a clue on the rest. Robert was referred to us by a good friend who had built a similar outdoor addition. What I like most about Robert's work was the drive to completion. He was not a contractor we had to wait on. He had great ideas and was willing to run interference with our contractor if needed. Very happy with his work. John
