--A Consultation Fee of $300 will charged to the prospective client at the first visit by the Architect. If the client and the architect agree to work together and an agreement is signed, this initial fee will be deducted from the architectural agreement fee . --Total Fees are range between 8% to 12% of construction budget. Fees include securing approvals for the Design Review (where applicable) and the Building permit.
