Robert Sellars is the ultimate professional who meets deadlines and budgets. His organizational skills are unparalleled. Our organization needed an architect to design plans to transform an existing two flat building into a community center that would allow community residents access to a multipurpose space and also serve as an Art center for school age children. Robert's work is exceptional and his knowledge of building codes and specific dimensions of every conceivable space within a building is remarkable. Above all else, he's a nice guy with a wonderful personality.

Florian Architects designed an addition and kitchen renovation for our Lincoln Park home in 2004-05. We still live in the home and enjoy their work every day. Robert Sellars did an outstanding job as project architect.

Very professional team and thorough review of our proposed project. Principal Robert Sellars was very knowledgable and personable. We enjoyed meeting them as they were so prepared and even left a folder with past projects and their credentials - other architects were not this polished.
