Cowan Construction

I worked with Rockerfeller Partners on a large modern home in Sheridan Oregon and was extremely impressed with the overall design of the home and attention to detail to the construction drawings. Chris and Rocky were both very involved in the process and each brought their own special talents to the home with amazing professionalism. The plans are well drawn with the pertinent information that give the contractors an accurate scope of work and the proper direction to complete the work. Hammer & Hand

We were the builder of the Willamette Valley Estate home Rockefeller & Partners designed in Oregon's wine country. We primarily worked with Christopher Kempel, who was highly responsive throughout the process. The home was exceedingly well thought-out and we appreciated both his keen attention to detail in the plans and his eye for clean design and detailing that was enjoyable to build. The home's thoughtful placement in the landscape and striking aesthetic culminated in a project that we take great pride in having built and will remain a highlight in our portfolio for years to come.

Willamette Valley Homeowner

When my husband and I decided to build a modern farm house in Oregon's wine country, we chose an architectural firm with deep modern roots, but also a great sense of more traditional styles. Rockefeller Partners impressed us throughout the process in several ways. First, they have a true, deep sense of aesthetics and proportion, so the size and configuration of spaces in our home feel RIGHT. Second, they educated us during the project so that we became informed participants in the design. Third, they were excellent at working with the contractor hand to realize their vision. Our home is truly a stunning masterpiece and living there as a family has been a dream come true.

Rockefeller Partners built a house for us in the Mandeville Canyon area of Los Angeles. Working with them was an amazing experience from the start to finish. Not only did we learn a lot about architecture and design through the process, we ended up with an exquisite house that supports our work and home life and that has been the perfect place to raise our children. We absolutely love the home Chris Kempel and Rocky Rockefeller designed for us. Nine years after we moved in we are still amazed every time we walk in the door. Everyone who visits marvels at the design, and people that walk by stop and stare in admiration. I have built several houses, and know the frustration typically involved, but working with Chris and Rocky was a pleasure, from the planning stages through move-in. I never thought building a home could ever be such an exciting and pleasant experience.

We were the general contractors for a new house Rockefeller Partners designed in West Los Angeles. We found them to be highly professional, responsive, willing to explore new ideas and prepared very detailed, extensive drawings. Most of all, the project, design wise, is one of the highlights of our 30 year history. It’s won numerous awards and has held up very well over the years. It is our “go to” house when we need to show prospective clients the kind of elevated work we are capable of doing.
