Ryan Rhodes Designs, Inc. was started in 2007 by Ryan Rhodes as a platform for rational design. The firm's core goal is to actualize each individual client's objective through layers of clear communication. Whether the project entails remodeling a kitchen, designing a new custom home, improving or expanding existing office space, or developing a new multi-family dwelling, we believe the key to successful design is communication. The firm takes pride in being able to quickly understand a client's needs and, in concert with the client, taking these needs and preferences from concept to design to a finished product. Ryan Rhodes Designs enjoys the process of working closely with clients, contractors and developers in order to achieve well-crafted and meaningful results.

Ryan and his team are as good as they come. We knew they were great designers but we were most impressed by their understanding of the full process of designing, permitting, pricing and ultimately delivering the home. They anticipated the handful of issues raised by the City during permitting (and secured a permit in just days), they offered great contractor and subcontractor referrals, and they displayed a high degree of construction and field knowledge which ultimately saved us time and money. We were drawn to Ryan and the crew because they have a great design range. They clearly can work with a number of housing types and budgets. They guided us on where to best allocate budget relative to what was important to us in the overall design. They were forthcoming on how our desires may influence cost - which is essential if you don't want any surprises during the contractor pricing process. In the end, we have an incredible home. There is no doubt Ryan and team will be designing our next project.
