Sam Gordon designed and managed a full kitchen expansion and renovation. I can not speak highly enough about his design and work. He created a kitchen that balances beautiful design touches with the functionality that I demanded. He suggested elements that I would never have imagined to enhance the appearance while also maximizing the utility. He made valuable suggestions about ideas that were not worth the cost, and others that he felt justified the additional expenditures - and he was always on the mark. I smile every time I walk into my beautiful kitchen.

Sam is fabulous! He understood our aesthetic quickly and listened carefully to what we wanted. While we did not always agree on every detail, he gave us a great advice and then implemented whatever the final decision was. Once the plans were completed, each watched over the construction project like a hawk, and worked with the contractor extremely well. He inspected all the details. He has remained helpful to us to iron out all the post-completion issues and details.

Sam designed and orchestrated the construction of our beach house on Long Beach Island, NJ. Simply stated: Sam's design far exceeded our expectations and it was kept within the budget! Sam listened to the general principles of what we were looking for in the design and put together a plan that we didn't think was architecturally possible given the strict rule of building within the footprint of the previous property that was destroyed in a fire. Every detail, no matter large or small, was taken into consideration. Thanks Sam. You're the best!

My wife and I met Sam when he was working for another Architect firm on Long Beach Island . I saw some of his design work and was very intrigued by how he planned out the floor plan to suit the personality of the people he was working for .. My wife who is an artist also saw a genius in Sam that I could not see at the time we hired him to renovate our home that we built in 1979 .. He did a fabulous job in taking both of our ideas and placing them into our new home .. We had a great working relationship with Sam. This was a very complicated project because the project had to be built around a historic barge from 1910 that house the kitchen and sitting room. It took a lot of imagination and attention to detail. There was nothing cookie cutter about this.
