Great designs in their portfolio and would use them for a future project. Got some great ideas from the far, house that I would like to use for my future project.

I've had the pleasure of working with Neal and Andy on several projects. They are meticulous professionals who listen to their clients needs and work closely to achieve their vision. They truly help form unified team of designer, client and tradesman to deliver the finished product.

Andy and Neil were wonderful to work with, on a large first-floor renovation and also on a huge redesign for a weekend house. They are creative, responsive, resourceful and fabulous to work with. I can't imagine doing another big project without them.

Sandvold Blanda does outstanding work. The firm provided architectural services over four rounds of major renovation at our home. The firm's work was highly creative while at the same time responsive to our vision. The firm's design created outstanding interior spaces with a high degreee of architectural detail, outstanding room flow for entertaining but intimate for family use as well. We can't recommend the firm highly enough. The project date below reflects current work the firm is providing on major landscape renovation.

If you are unlucky (or stupid enough like us) to hire an incompetent contractor who had never worked with an architect, you'd better have the best architect you can find..one who is on the same page you are. Fortunately, we were turned onto Sandvold Blanda by a respected maven in the architecture and design field. At our initial meeting with them we were told to "pick one of us' for the everyday business of building out 3100 SF of raw concrete space with 18 foot ceilings. We liked both of them right away and told them to decide themselves. Andy Blanda drew the 'short straw' and so we began. This man is the picture of patience, putting up with, and standing his ground against, our contractor. He set up weekly meetings with everyone involved in that week's construction. He also fielded all of our numerous questions, complaints and phone calls, always getting back to us ASAP when we needed him to. He helped choose our plumbing fixtures. He helped us make decisions on fabric samples that we found and so much more. If Andy wasn't available Neil was. We can't recommend this firm highly enough. Love them!

Sandvold/Blanda Architecture +Interiors is a part of our family. Andy and Neil have worked for our family for over 20 years on a number of projects. They are the perfect combination of creativity and practicality. They are brilliant and have designed everything for us from our apartment in town to our suburban and beach houses. I could not imagine not having them in out life as architects and friends!! In all instances, the contractors have remarked how they enjoyed working with them. The projects were done on time and close to budget. HIre them you will not be sorry!
