We've worked with Sarah twice now, once for the change of use application for our business premises which entailed interior reworking of the built space and secondly on a home kitchen extension. Sarah was excellent to work with on both occasions. She is a good communicator and really listens to what we want as a client, but also knew how to draw out of us things we didn't know we needed! She's experienced at working with builders and was able to liaise with our chosen builders on both projects. She provided all the drawings necessary in both cases, with relevant liaison with building control and the planning offices. We're looking forward to working with her again on another project in the not too distant future!

Sarah did the most incredible job for us with our reconfiguring of the back rooms downstairs in our house, including knocking down walls, putting in new windows and doors, and changing the use of several rooms. She was very patient as she took us through the ideas and planning stages, helping us understand the decisions that needed to be made and guided us through the planning process smoothly. She totally understood what we were aiming for and was enthusiastic about the work. The end result is one we are delighted with - it is an easy space to live in and we love how it looks. I’d hugely recommend Sarah for anyone looking for an architect.
