I was really impressed with the design detail and the quality of the home that Sound Beach Partners was building -- probably one of the best we've seen. And, that's saying a lot because Fusion Bowling installs bowling alleys only in homes and resort amenity settings, so we get to see a lot of very luxurious and very large buildings. Doron Sabag and Jim Hoffman's team really knows what they are doing -- they are very precise and pour over every detail. It really takes a different mentality, different training, and different team to build a multi-million dollar 20,000 sq ft home than it does an average tract home.
