I got Scott's info from my Son Inlaw who is a Civil Engineer. Unforntunity because of Covid-19 we were not able to meet face to face. I spoke to Scott twice on the pone before hiring him. He answered all my questions expediately both by phone and e-mail. He also provided me with a sample of his work via PDF so I could see what his finished product looks like. He made coresponding by Text and E-mail very easy on me, because I'm not the best at electronic communication. I also had a little help from my Son Inlaw!! Unfortunately I have no project Pictures because I haven't started yet. I would recommend Scott to anyone needind a good Drafts Person with knowledge of Building codes and County regulations. Great Job Scott Thank You Dave

Scott did a great job on our home design. Very knowledgeable about structure, code, etc. He also had some good ideas that we ended up incorporating into the final product. The only negative is that he's quite busy so sometimes the revisions took longer than we preferred, but it's a hot market right now so this is likely happening with all professionals in the home construction business.

Scott has drawn several projects for us. He is professional, informative and understands construction meathods. The plans are accurate and descriptive. I have used many designers over my 28 years, some draw plans that are pretty but are not good enough to build off of, some are good enough to build off of but are extremly plain, Scott combines both.
