Sea Swept Design

We worked with Jeff to build our beach house. We met Jeff with a long list of "must haves" after vacationing in various homes over 15 years and knew what would work for us. He was able to take that and fit it all into a beautiful home that has functioned beautifully and stood the test of time for 7 years so far and many more to come. He was professional, pleasant and promptly delivered what he said he would. I would work with Jeff again in a heart beat if I had at the opportunity to build another home.

Using this company for major remodeling efforts in converting a second residence to a primary residence. The design takes the home from 1500s/f to over 3100s/f. This design effort has evolved over several years - at no fault of the architects; we knew when we started it was not an overnight design - and we finally have it where we want it. The architect has been very professional, helpful, and most patient. He knows the area and was able to provide a lot of needed input for the design. He came highly recommended and is thought very highly of as an individual and as an architect.
