About Us

Gary Badders established Shorelines Design Group in Dunedin Florida in 1983, providing residential design services to local quality builders, home buyers and homeowners. Gary started his career designing structural roof and floor systems. He worked on plans and honed his style and gained the experience needed to venture out on his own. SDG Architecture started as a three man team. Gary built this company with a passion for making his clients happy with their home design. He worked hard at building relationships with builders and providing plans that helped make the building process less complicated. Making SDG a builder's architect firm.

Residential Remodel

If you are looking for a creative, professional, dedicated and hardworking Team to work with, look no further! From our initial consultation with Rich through all of our interactions with the SDG Team we always felt like a top priority and were treated much the same. One of the things I appreciated the most was that they explained things in a way that made it easy to understand which built allot of trust. Rich and team were very collaborative and seemed to feed off our engagement. We ultimately came away with plans that our entire family love!!!
