About Us

SILO AR+D is the architecture, research, and design practice of Marc Manack and Frank Jacobus. We operate out of North Carolina, Ohio, and Arkansas. SILO is at work on residential and institutional commissions across the United States, has completed projects for a variety of clients and communities, much of which has been recognized for its design and execution. In 2016 SILO AR+D was selected as an Emerging Voice by the Architectural League of New York, a prestigious competition that recognizes significant bodies of realized work and considers accomplishments within the design and academic communities.
