Photography is done so much better when you have visionary direction and good communication. Braden Sterling was so easy to work with. He knew exactly what he wanted which helped me meet and excel this expectations. He gave me plenty of lead time before the shoot and was very responsive through email and the phone during pre-production. I arrived, we walked through the house naming the photos, and then executed them together one by one. It was probably the quickest shoot I have done in a very long time. If you have a chance to work for Braden, expect to get great direction and be paid right on time.

My wife and I hired Sterling-Huddleson to design a substantial remodel of our home in Carmel-by-the-Sea. We remodeled every room in our 2,300 sq. ft. house except the kitchen. The results were fabulous! It is a real show-place; not over the top but instead tastefully done down to the smallest detail. Everyone who walks in has nothing but nice things to say about the house. We couldn't be more pleased!

Braden Sterling is a talented architect, with wide ranging creativity. My husband Thomas Hall, a former contractor and developer, worked with him on several projects in Ojai, California. His drawings and ideas were invaluable in translating our vision into reality on our projects, as well as other clients my husband and Braden worked with. Braden's work is site sensitive, and I found his layouts to have excellent flow. He is also great to work with because while he will try to steer his clients onto the best path, he invites input and is willing and able to adapt his work to meet clients desires.

We are currently working with Braden Sterling on a remodel of our main residence involving two additions. Braden has been completely professional, full of great ideas and always timely with his response to our inquiries. He is always positive and flexible when we make changes or additions to our project!

Braden Sterling was brought in on a residential new construction project after initial plans and permits had been issued. Braden worked within the constraints dictated by the existing permits to greatly improve the flow of the floorplan and soul of the project both inside and out. The resulting home is superior to the original design in every way. The property was a "spec home" home that as a direct result of Braden's redesign was sold "off market" before its completion date. A fact that speaks to the value of his input. Braden is that rare architect that understands that his client has limited resources and is looking for those key architectural components that can transform a home. He was realistic in his pricing estimates and was able to articulate the pros, cons, and costs, of the various choices presented. I would recommend him without hesitation.
