What we do Our specialty is working with residential spaces – houses and apartments. We do wide range of projects within that scope, including: penthouse additions, loft interiors, bathrooms and kitchens, roof gardens, brownstones and historic restorations. We carefully tailor our project-delivery methods to accommodate each client’s budget and time frame. Design philosophy Rather than focusing on a particular aesthetic or limiting our approach to either modern or traditional styles, we believe the truest consistency is realized by creating a harmonious living/working space that meets each client’s aesthetic appeal. We believe that the appropriate design for each particular space is driven in part by the client’s programmatic needs, and also informed by the space’s immediate surroundings and inherent characteristics. For instance, in a rehabilitation project, existing elements juxtaposed with new constructs can create many layers of abstractions from formal to cultural to generational. This focus enables us to view existing spaces with an eye toward adapting to new concepts — new ripples in the contextual fabric.
