Our project was a combination - a remodel of the existing house structure and new construction. The remodel portion entailed new finish throughout, moving interior walls, modifying ceiling height and shape, reorganizing existing space, new casework and cabinets, electrical, plumbing, a/v, lighting, doors and windows. In addition, SEV provided exterior remodeling, construction and finish work on the existing house structure. The new construction piece was technical as it involved demolition of existing concrete structures, pouring new interior/exterior foundation and building a new structure. The construction required careful engineering as the goal was to combine/integrate three structures together into one continuous space (existing house, new construction, existing detached garage). One of our main priorities was that the transition between the existing structures and the new construction was seamless. SEV was very committed to making sure the project met this goal. In addition, SEV has a high level attention to detail and the ability to come up with creative solutions. Last but not least, SEV provides a high level of service before, during and after project completion. They are the kind of partner that is in it for the long term and are very committed to a positive outcome.

Doug & Jon, are a pleasure to work with. We have been in the construction business for well over 25 years and it takes a lot to impress us. Needless to say, they impressed us. The \ir attention to detail made our job so much easier.
