Studio 360

We bought a house in Westchester NY and hired Sara Jazayeri from Studio 360 to renovate our kitchen. It was clear from our first meeting that she was highly talented, totally understood our style and needs and would be great to work with. We loved her vision for our house so much that we expanded the scope of our original kitchen plan to include the mudroom, powder room, and family room as well. Our initial impression proved correct as Sara was fantastic to work with. Her combination of architectural expertise and exquisite design taste made us feel confident her plans would be both functional and beautiful. Sara really listened to us and was great at incorporating our ideas and style while helping us to learn and making sure we felt brought along in every step of the process. She was also very respectful of our budget and always available and supportive in answering our questions and responding to any concerns. In addition to the fantastic working experience and the relationship we built with Sara through the project, the end product is of course also really critical and a testament to the quality of her work. The first part of our multi-pronged project is now complete and our entryway/mudroom is completely transformed. We love every inch of it. It’s amazing what she was able to do with such a small space and we can’t wait to see that same transformation in other areas of our house. What she has accomplished was beyond our expectations. Hiring Sara to help us turn an essentially unused storage attic into a guest room/TV room was my wife's idea. I thought it was a waste of time and money. I could not have been more wrong. Sara saw useable space that we did not even know existed. She carved out areas and suggested lighting solutions, colors and flooring. The room is just about done now and we have hired Sara to come and visualize the possibilities of our semi-finished basement. Sara is a phenomenal designer and architect. Not only is she very talented, she is so nice and a pleasure to work with. I was redesigning the space of my law practice and I hired Sara from Studio 360 to draw up the plans. I initially had an idea about what I wanted to do with the renovation, but when I spoke with Sara, she gave me her ideas which were very different to what I imagined, but it turned out to be terrific and much better than any ideas I had for the space. I love the way the office came out and all her suggestions and recommendations were spot on. I have worked with architects before and rarely have I found an architect to understand design so well. Hiring her saved me from having to hire an architect as well as a designer. Her advice, perspective and experience were very helpful and instrumental to the ultimate outcome of the project. She was able to easily communicate the pros/cons of design elements and was able to provide her opinion without pushing an agenda. I was so happy with her work and the results that I recommended her to one of my clients that need a large office renovation for a space that was gutted. She designed the office to perfectly fit their needs and the space came out perfect. She thought of every little thing that was needed to make the space work perfectly for their business. They were just as ecstatic with their space as I was with mine. Sara is very easy to communicate with and will go the extra mile to make sure your project is done properly and on time. Sara is the best combination licensed architect and interior designer that one can find at a fair price. I hired her to renovate and redesign my kitchen and bathrooms. After designing the new layouts and selecting the finishes, she handled all the steps that were required by the Building Departments and our co-op board, helped us to hire the right contractor and was at the site regularly to check the work progress. Our experience with Sara has been amazing. We were first time home buyers and needed a great deal of support, guidance and a calm and optimistic approach, all of which was provided by Sara. She took care of the entire renovation from helping to hire the contractor, to architectural design as well as all the interior work.
