Tamara is a true professional and was a delight to work with. She was enthusiastic, timely, organized and very creative. Tamara understood our design concept and what we wanted to accomplish in our house, which was a rustic, nautical, fun family second home. She also created many unique points of interest throughout the house. Tamara was able to take our ideas and improve upon them providing a very nice balance throughout the house. Her help consisted of choosing the color of the exterior paint, metal roof, rock, tile decking and front door stain. On the inside, Tamara designed the layout of the kitchen, all of the wooden cabinet layouts and stains throughout the house, doors, knobs and pulls, colors, wooden and tile flooring, quartzite, countertops and backsplashes, showers, a fireplace with bookcase, the reading nook, stains on the trusses and the decking on the ceiling of the great room, lighting, fans, furniture, furniture layouts, rugs and drapery. We had a wonderful experience! Tamara handled everything. With our taste in mind, she designed every room, presented her recommendations for furniture, carpets, drapes, artwork, accent pieces, and even some changes to the structure. Tamara solved some space issues that seemed unsolvable. She created a beautiful bar/ entertainment room with a beer tap, wine refrigerator, appliances, and functional counter space. She also created extra sleeping space so that we can have our extended family stay here comfortably. We are so happy with how it all turned out!

Tamara handled all aspects of a very involved home remodel for my wife and I. Her professionalism was only eclipsed by her creative talent and her openness in incorporating our design aesthetic into the overall plan. We couldn't have been more delighted in the process and the final product.

My wife and I hired Tamara Rosenbloom of Tamara Rosenbloom Design, LLC to provide the design for a remodel project that included our kitchen and great room, master bedroom/bath/closet, guest bath and laundry room. The project also included repainting our entire interior, refinishing and expanding hardwood flooring and replacing carpet in four carpeted rooms. We retained Tamara through the construction phase as well. We have been more than pleased with her firm’s product and participation. For openers, she is a great listener and really worked with us to incorporate all the features we wanted and to patiently explain the logic behind her various design suggestions. Throughout the process she was perfectly happy to have us as involved as we wanted to be in selecting colors and materials. She also suggested two general contractors for us to interview; one of whom we hired to perform the work. We are as pleased with the contractor as we are with Tamara. Tamara was on hand for weekly progress meetings with our contractor which enabled decisions to be made in a timely manner and helped to keep the project on schedule. Over the years my wife and I have done major remodels on three different homes. The project just completed was by far the best experience of the three. Tamara was very easy and fun to work with; without so much as a trace of what I call “designer ego”. We plan to continue working with her to replace and/or refinish interior furnishings and redo our deck/patio area.

From day one, Tamara was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us design our dream home in Gig Harbor, WA from the ground up.
