TC2 Design owner, Tom Crouthamel, has been designing homes and additions in central Virginia for over 15 years. Tom is a Certified Professional Building Designer with the National Council of Building Designer Certification (NCBDC) . Tom and TC2 Design owe many thanks to our partner Branther Designs in charming Colonial Williamsburg. This firm has been designing homes for over 25 years and continues to teach, encourage and collaborate with us on many projects. It’s great to have them on our team! Our services extend into multi-family, business, and equestrian building designs. Our experiential understanding of the building process gives us a deep appreciation for our builders. We value this relationship and it’s importance to the overall success of our mission. Our primary goal is to prepare a set of drawings that clearly communicate the requirements of the program, provide exceptional service to the builders, resulting in beautiful traditional homes.
