Amazing work and attention to detail. Construction crew was at my house almost every day and finished project in time. Designers worked with us throughout the entire process and I could not be happier with how everything turned out! Highly recommended !!

The entire team, from designer to contractor, were all great. Very respectful, professional, and incredibly talented. They were wonderful at listening to our wants and needs and then providing fantastic solutions.

We loved working with Terracotta. From the first meeting to the last one, they were friendly, professional, and honest. I am one of those rare people who did a whole house renovation and came out loving the design-build firm I worked with. On the design side, they have excellent taste and recommend great ideas for your home. By the end of the project, I trusted them completely to select colors, tile, etc. for our home. The construction went by smoothly and stayed on schedule. The contractor they used (Billy) was so friendly and patient. He walked us through the home every time we stopped by and explained what he was working on. We've been back in our home for almost 6 months now, and we are still amazed every day at what Terracotta was able to do with our old house.

We hired TCP to remodel our kitchen and bath and found them difficult to work with. If you are a client with a limitless budget and you want to turn the entire process over to someone else to complete, then TCP might be a reasonable fit. In our experience, TCP created designs costing more than twice the budget we had mutually agreed upon; took up to 5 weeks to respond to our messages, and routinely called us by the wrong names for 6 months.

Terracotta remodeled our bathroom and we could not be happier with their service and personal touch. Our only regret is not being able (yet) to have them redo our entire house... Ili and Courtney are great to work with, I really felt it was a team effort resulting in a great outcome, even our dogs like it! We look forward to our next initiative with them.

The team at TerraCotta Properties made the process of renovation as stress free as possible through thoughtful and personalized beautiful design, down to small details. Ili, Luly, and Courtney have mastered the art of creating beautiful sanctuaries people call their homes! Even my three year old son would agree "house" is the best place to be with his customized play room. Terracotta added an addition to our 1949 house (mudroom, garage with bonus room and extended keeping room) It is beautiful and seamless - looks like it was always there. The whole team is amazing to work with. We love our new space and, for the first time since we moved into our home 10 years ago, we love our house! Highly recommend them!!

We could not be more happy about our decision to rely on TerraCotta and Illi Nilson to redesign our outdated kitchen and direct us in the selection of materials for the new kitchen and sitting area that adjoins. It was a challenging project since it is an older house (1907) and floor elevations changed in the space in an awkward manner. Their team came up with a design that opened up the space, improved the connections between the rooms and made the entire area much more inviting. They were agreeable to an unorthodox approach whereby our long time contractor was on the job and we, novices but passionate about design, could contribute to the process too. This project involved all new, high end appliances, custom cabinetry in the kitchen and family room, calcutta gold marble installation, custom ceiling beams, reclaimed wood floors and more. We had Ili and her team at TerraCotta Properties renovate our kitchen this year. They did a fabulous job. Our kitchen is beautiful. Ili's attention to detail was amazing. We couldn't be happier.
