Bryan has been incredible with the expedited responses, and thorough explanation for any questions that I've had. He personally has addressed all of my concerns. He has gone above and beyond today's "standards" for customer service, exponentially!! I can't imagine working with anyone else! He's genuinely educated, versed, and experienced in every detail of the design/plan/execution of the project. Very happy to have had the great honor of finding Texas Timy Homes and specifically Bryan!! I worked with a youg man named Bryan Smith with Texas Tiny Homes and he was able to answer all of my question and also was able to give me alot of good ideals on things I had not even though about and the otherthing I loved is when they clear the land they look at each lot and made the decision to able to keep all the large old trees and was able tostill give me a lovely home ideals, so when I get ready to build I will definitely be using this company to build my home in my secret gaden. I bought home plans from Texas Tiny Homes. I submitted plans to city for permit and had no issues for approval. Texas Tiny Homes also customizes plans and will build home for you. They are easy to contact with questions. I have contacted them a couple of times and get a prompt response. They are also willing to go the extra mile to give you good customer service. I highly recommend if you arw looking to build a small home.

Texas Tiny Homes has done several jobs for me over the years, designing plans for all types of residential properties. Bryan is a true professional and his designs are unique and innovative. He strives to meet budget and deadlines. I look forward to working with him on future projects.

Their plans are well thought out, practical, and easy to understand. Not only are these guys designing tiny homes, but they are building them and developing communities to include them. The biggest challenge today for tiny homes is finding a community to build one in, which accepts them. Even the regions pushing us to reduce our "carbon footprint" are resisting development of areas where they are acceptable. NIMBY! Kudos to Bryan and his team!

We leveraged Bryan's Texas Tiny Homes to do an initial design/layout for a home studio space. Overall footage of 1058ft^2 with about a 625 ft^2 studio/gym for personal training and the remainder as living space. Executive Summary: NPS = 10 Meaning we would highly recommend Bryan to friends and family, and we will anytime it's appropriate! Bryan was extremely professional, knowledgeable (he's been designing homes since he was 19), with a focus that is second-to-none. We greatly enjoyed him helping us make decisions when we were indecisive. He did it all with a caring and warm feel. It was awesome! Here is the email we sent to Bryan last night after he did an amazing job working with my wife and me on a not-so-tiny tiny-home-studio (1058 ft^2) design.
