My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We hired Kyle some years ago for an extensive remodeling project of our home on a hillside lot in Mill Valley. He was professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He listened carefully to our needs and wishes, and came up with innovative architectural solutions on a challenging site. We just moved to a new house in a different city, and turned to Kyle for our remodeling of the master bathroom and to create a better connection from the family room to the rear yard. We are very pleased with his design and communication skills, and would highly recommend Thayer Architecture for any project.

Over the past ten years I've hired Kyle to design multiple custom homes in Tiburon, always with terrific results. Kyle stands out as a talented designer who listens to the needs of the client, solves design problems in a creative way and is a pleasure to work with. I will continue to recommend Thayer Architecture to my friends and associates.

I am so pleased to have worked with Kyle to help us realize our vision for our kitchen, dining and family room! He is an imminently creative, experienced, and professional architect who gave us total confidence throughout the project. In addition to proposing details that perfectly enhanced the modern, open style of our Eichler-inspired home, he expertly guided the project through the permitting process so that we received our building permit sooner than we thought. A pleasure to work with!

Over the last 20+ years Kyle has been the only design professional I use for the dozens of properties I've developed in Marin County - everything from high-end custom-built new homes in Tiburon and Mill Valley to value added enhancements to commercial buildings. Kyle is a talented and versatile designer who brings enthusiasm and energy to every project. Kyle is not stuck on a "style” but instead, focuses on good design appropriate for the project - a rare and valuable skill. I never hesitate to recommend him to my friends or business associates.
