Excellent guidance and design work was provided for this complete renovation in a historic zone. This included getting approvals from historic preservation commission and zoning board in an anti development environment. The project was award winning . Mark was always responsive and invaluable in negotiating all of the regulatory issues.

I am familiar with Mark Pavliv's work on many levels. He has done extensive designs for historical renovations in our local area. I cannot say enough about The Architect's Studio. I hired Mark Pavliv to design a second floor addition to my 1870 beach cottage which sits in a historic district and subject to extensive scrutiny and inspection by a Historical Preservation Committee. Mark's design not only received immediate approval from the Historic Preservation Committee but was absolutely beautiful, extremely functional and resulted in a home that I am truly proud to call my own. To this day, I have passerby's stop by and complement the home and ask for my architect and contractor's numbers. Mark Pavliv is top notch - kind, professional and nothing short of brilliant.

As a land use attorney, I have the opportunity to work with many different engineers and architects. Mark Pavliv is a favorite of mine...he is a gifted talent with a particular eye for historic structures and restoration projects. We have a home in Ocean Grove, NJ. House is rather "dull" and we wanted to add a new and refreshing look to both the inside and outside of the home. We spoke to a couple of architects and found Mark to be (a)the most knowledgeable and (b) the most meticulous in understanding our needs. After sitting down with us, Mark proivded multiple drawings and worked with us on each drawing to optimize to the final layout. It should be noted that many of our meetings (due to our schedules) had to take place on Saturday's and Sunday's (sometimes via concalls). Mark also greatly supported us while we worked with the town to get our plans approved. In addition, Mark helped us put together the Scope of Work that we are using to get bids from contractors. To this point we have been completely satisfied with the work and support that Mark has provided. Home modification/rennovation starts in the latter part of 2013!!!
