We hired The Renovated Home for a total gut renovation. The project came in on time and budget. We are extremely pleased with the quality and innovation of the work done. I especially appreciate Lee and his team's willingness to provide on going customer service years later.

Our apartment needed a new kitchen, and we hired TRH to do the renovation: overall design, custom cabinetry, limestone flooring and backsplash, laundry room and adjoining office and bathroom. They did a spectacular job. The quality of work is superb, and the job was completed on time and within budget despite a tight timeframe. Lee and his team are a pleasure to work with: they have a can-do attitude, are always available and responsive to questions, were respectful of the staff in our building and conscientious in every aspect of the job. Many years later, I can still call on them for a minor tune-up or repair and they respond instantly. Our kitchen still looks amazing. I could not recommend TRH more highly.

An interior designer recommended him based on my timeline as she had seen him complete a full renovation of a 6,000 sq ft apartment with summer work rules. We also wanted our job completed in a timely manner. Our apartment is 3,500 sq ft and required a total overhaul. The Renovated Home not only completed the job on time, but they did such beautiful work as well. TRH completely remodeled our apartment. They did an excellent job. From the planning to the execution the whole project ran smoothly. No designer needed, TRH has the know-how to do it themselves. As a major plus, TRH offers a wonderful yearly tune-up program to help keep the apartment as new.

Outstanding service experience with our recent maintenance/repair efforts 10 years after we worked with Lee Stahl and the team for our original gut renovation. He hit our needs on the head with an email announcement for his annual maintenance and repair program. Tuned up our kitchen hardware, refined wear and tear on all painted surfaces, found various paint surfaces needing touch up that we overlooked, and are rebuilding a soffit and window shelf impacted by prior building ceiling leak. Responsive from estimate to service trades scheduling to updates on status of impending product deliveries down to final walk through for us to engage in future "what if" discussion for next round of hard surface improvements. And great for spitballing on more elaborate upgrades such as new tech enabled infrastructure and fun matters like built-in stereo equipment and the outdoor hard goods. Strongly recommend the company because of the man at the top - Lee - and as importantly, the team and processes that make it work.
