Thomas Roszak, an extremely talented Architect, operates an outstanding architectural company. I have worked with him for the past 13 years. Our initial project together was a small, 10-unit building. A few years back we worked together on a 232 unit high-rise building and we are currently working on a project at my personal residence together. Tom lends his skills to the design and building of multi-unit developments and personal residences. He is a custom architect and his ideas, creativity and eye for design are incomparable. Tom and his team work with their clients every step of the way through the design process, the bidding and permitting. The team is always available and very responsive. He has proved himself to be a go to architect.
