We hired Tim in late fall 2019. It was such an exciting experience! After interviewing other architects we knew Tim would be the best fit for our project. He is so professional and easy to work with. Every step of the way he offered great advise all while keeping our budget in mind. Our plans were approved on February 14, 2020 and we broke ground soon after. Thanks to Tim and his associates we had a quick turnaround for our dream home! We would highly recommend Tim and his associates!

Working with Tim Hollerback Designs was an excellent experience! They came up with layout ideas for our renovation projects and created beautiful drawings that we used to complete the project. Highly recommended!

We hired Tim in January of 2018 to create plans for our custom home build. After interviewing several other architects and builders, we immediately knew Tim was who we wanted to work with on the design of our home. He's professional, relatable, easy to work with, obviously knowledge about every stage of the building process, and did a great job of understanding and honoring our vision from the first meeting and throughout the process. We brought in examples of designs that we liked and provided written details about what features we liked from the designs and Tim (and his associate, Matt) took our ideas and created what we had been dreaming about. With a few tweaks along the way, we finalized the design in May of 2018. We've been impressed with Tim and his team and have thoroughly enjoyed working with them. We're happy to recommend Tim and his team to friends and family and will continue to do so for years to come.

Thank you for the kind review! It was a pleasure working with you and Matt! As I said when you picked up the drawings, you'll be seeing us around, you're not done with us yet...Cannot wait to see your home come to reality!

Tim designed a one-story home for me in 2017. I had a rough floor plan in mind but he designed it into a reality. I’m thrilled with the result. I really enjoyed working with Tim. He has great ideas but listens really well to what the client wants. His pricing structure was very reasonable and I still got all the attention my job needed. I would recommend him highly and without reservation.

We have no regrets from working with Tim to design our forever home. Our project was very fast paced with an unexpected offer on our house without it even being on the market and he couldn't have been any more understanding. He incorporated everything we wanted into the house and stayed within our desired square footage. I have recommended him to several of my friends already.

Tim was referred to me by a trusted friend in the same business. I have now used his company, Tim Hollerbach Designs, twice to create custom home blueprints. Tim has always been prompt and professional which is greatly appreciated.

Tim is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and willing to jump through all hoops necessary to get the job done. He has a skilled eye as both an architect and artisan. He has designed several plans for us and we would not consider anyone else for the most important task of turning a house plan into a home!

I highly recommend Tim to help design your home. He is great to work with and is always accessible with realistic timelines. Affordable, quick and patient with indecisive customers like me.

Tim interacts well with clients, is a true professional and always meets the deadline. We look forward to a long relationship with Tim Hollerbach Designs.

We worked with Tim Hollerbach Designs, LLC, to design our potential home. We are currently in the bidding process on our plans. However, Tim Hollerbach has been very patient, respectful, and willing to provide his professional guidance throughout the design. He took our thoughts and suggestions and incorporated them into the design of the house that we hope to build soon. Through it all, he provided clear timetables and set appropriate expectations. He went above and beyond in his ability to meet with us, talk with us, and help us through the design. He made suggestions based on functionality, and cautioned us when ideas were potentially getting too far beyond a reasonable cost. I would recommend Tim Hollerbach to anyone needing more than the services of an architect, but also a true professional that keeps his customers' best interests as priority number one.

Thank you for the review! You and your wife are great people to work with, aren't afraid to think outside of the box, which allows me to come up with great design. I look forward to your home being complete, and it will with out a doubt be showcased on this website.

We are a local residential GC and have used Tim for multiple clients. His drawings are fantastic. More importantly he LISTENS to the clients wants and needs. Not a trait in all Architects. We will use him forever. Keep up the good work!

Tim did an excellent job of taking our vision and ideas and making them into a house design that not only fit our needs, but our property, neighborhood and budget. He was avaialbe to us and our builder throughout the construction process to answer questions and make changes when requested. Very interactive and involved. He also LISTENS to what you want. Would recommend him without reservation.

Comment from Tim Hollerbach Designs, LLC:

Thank you for the review! Your house was definitely a challenge, but at the end of the day, that is what made it so fun. A challenging home definitely is unique, and we definitely achieved that, in a GREAT way. I talk to people all the time about your house and like to show it to people so they can see what we did.

I have worked with Tim on two separate occasions and I couldn't have been more pleased. He was very professional, intelligent, and eager to make our blueprints the exact way we wanted them. I have refered him to several people I know personally.

Thank you for your review! It's always great when we get to work on one house, but it's even better when you come back to do your next home! Thank you and hopefully we can do a third together!

When we started this project we had a plan that we found on the internet. However it didn't fit our budget and we knew we were going to make changes as we had our home drawn up. Tim's way of doing business fit our needs perfectly. He had a multi-stage process already setup so that way changes could be made without having to charge us for them, everything was very clear and up front. He met with us to get the general layout, looks, and budget that we were going after and the rest is history. The process was very smooth and quick. He did a very good job listening to us and giving us input in order to get what we wanted. I will highly recommend Tim to anyone I talk to about drafting.

Comment from Tim Hollerbach Designs, LLC:

Thank you for the review. The process we used on your house is the same approach we take on all projects. I've worked hard on this process, and it allows us multiple stages to test and develop your plans further, this way we aren't overlooking anything as we move along. You're home turned out absolutely amazing!

michaelb78

Tim did an excellent job designing our home. We took a set of plans that we liked online and modified them here and there. What Tim came up with was much better than the original! He was easy to work with, very thorough, and very detail oriented. He even went above and beyond to include the model numbers of our pre-selected Marvin windows on the plans. I would recommend him to anyone building a custom home!

Thank you for the review. You guys had some great ideas on your plan to make it unique and your own, and it was a pleasure bringing them to life for you!

Tim did the plans/blueprints for our 3500 sq ft, 2 story home, and we couldn't be more pleased. He worked with us to make sure all the features we wanted were incorporated into the plans and showed infinite patience and professionalism with our questions and plan changes. I can't count the number of compliments we've received over the years on our home design, especially the open floor plan. A few years after our home was built, Tim consulted on our plans to put an office above the garage. He provided us with all the logistics with changing the existing trusses, adding floor support, and attaching the space to the house. He even stopped by the house to get a personal look at the existing structure and give us the best plan for the project. Tim provides a fair and reasonable cost, utmost professionalism, and much appreciated flexibility in working with individuals looking to build their own home or change an existing structure. We love our house and our above-garage office, and we wouldn't consider using any other architect for our future building/remodeling plans.
