This energetic and creative firm has designed and guided the construction of estates, homes and gardens in the rural New England landscapes since 1984. We are holistic thinkers and provide fully integrated planning, landscape, architectural and interior design services. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of design and project management services to Homeowners, Fine Homebuilders and Developers alike. We believe strongly in the power of collaborative efforts and that thoughtful design can be achieved within any budget. Our work is known for its high level of design and construction quality as well as its unique response to site, place, program and budget. Gabranski and his team were instrumental in the final design and success of our project. Their process to identify and match our needs/desires with a final design proposal was highly effective and helped us discover high impact changes to our original concept that exponentially improved the final result. They also helped us monitor progress, assisted with contractor questions and helped facilitate contractor issues throughout the construction phase. They have and continue to be readily available and responsive.

Toby designed and oversaw the complete renovation of the first floor of our 30 year old saltbox. Toby met with us and quickly understood the type of home we desired. Toby's design is clean, contemporary and uniquely created to meet our wishes. We have a new kitchen and living area, master suite, entry area and laundry. Toby selected beautiful finishes and trim that make the house feel strong and comfortable. Toby put us in touch with our superb contractor, Brian Solvesen of Solvesen Construction, who completed the project with incredible attention to detail. My favorite feature is a wall of glass to allow unlimited views of our Maine outdoors from the great room area. I highly recommend Toby Gabranski.

We hired Toby Gabranski to do a large scale "grand" design" of our house when we first purchased it in 2007. It is a 1790 Federal Style House that needed work. Toby exceeded our expectations. The minute you meet Toby you feel like he has been apart of your family forever. He is warm and charismatic. He takes the time to listen and work with your needs, but also has many different perspectives to work into your design from his many jobs in Vermont and coastal Maine. Toby's drawings are well done and can easily be transferred to contractors to have the work completed. He works with all professionals well and will complete different plan options to allow you to see all the different options available. We will be working with Toby in the future for more design work to our kitchen.

We are a design/build landscape company, I have worked with Toby many times on his projects. I have found Toby to be extremely easy and comfortable to work with, his designs are creative, and always different and fitting of there surroundings, I never see Toby duplicate his designs they are always fresh!!!
