My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Tom is creative, thinks outside the box, and is a joy to team up with. He works with each client to bring their individual vision to life, in much the same manner we do. We have worked on two custom residential projects together, both new ground up construction, as well as a major renovation. I appreciate Tom's collaborative style, and the trust he has in my design studio to co-creatively bring our mutual client's vision to life as a team. I've worked with Tom for over 10 years now and have always been impressed with not only his design abilities, but also with his full understanding of the construction process. His architectural plans actually work in the field! From $10M+ projects to small remodels, his attention to detail and ability to grasp his clients desires and dreams is outstanding. Tom has been very professional throughout the choosing of the hard surface and architectural elements to be placed in the home. It is always nice to find through, and thoughtful professionals to work beside.
