My husband and I worked with Keesee Associates to help design a major remodel of our house. We were very happy with the professional guidance and friendliness of everyone on the team. They were always ready to provide technical (and moral) support throughout the length of the project, especially when we, as novices, were unsure of what was to be expected and what was out of the ordinary once construction began. The designers were knowledgeable, and ready to make changes whenever necessary. The only reason we are not giving 5 stars would be that the first designer we worked with did not offer his own design ideas as much as we were expecting, or keep costs in mind as much. However, he did give us some great design elements we kept that added a great deal to the overall effect. The 2nd designer we worked with was highly skilled, professional and extremely helpful and really did his best to make sure we were happy with the building process until the end of the project. We would definitely recommend Keesee to anyone including our closest friends and family.

Keesee and Associates provided us with expert engineering advice on two recent stair projects for which we were contracted by high end residential builder/clients. The first was a freestanding, open riser stair structure. The second was a curved stair structure. Because we are very particular about the way we like things to be bult, we put a great deal of up front time working with Keesee to assure plenty of detail is provided for our Subcontractors in the field.
