Rolf Kielman and his team helped us build our arts and craft house in Grantham, NH. Rolf helped us from the selection of the building site, house design, to the intricate detail on the woodwork in the interior. We love our house. Rolf and his team of professions more recently helped us add an addition and a garage. Rolf was always available to assist with every little bump in the road during construction. We wholeheartedly recommend him and Truex Cullins.

Working with Rolf Kielman and the team at Truexcullins has been an invigorating and collaborative process. I know this building project will be truly inspiring and reflective of our mission. Every step of the way, the team has been mindful of the importance of all stakeholders in our project- kids and families, staff, board, neighbors, and donors. On the practice side, Rolf and his team, are skillful and impossibly talented. No detail is left to chance. This is a complicated build and our ability to work well together and communicate effectively with mutual respect are in the end what will create an exceptional community asset.

We worked with Rolf Kielman at TruexCulins on the design of our house. We had very specific goals and ideas and Rolf incorporated them all into a beautiful and cost effective design. We wanted a modern/minimalist design that would reflect the Vermont farmhouse vernacular--and he filled this desire brilliantly. From the siting, which takes advantage of passive solar heating to the window design and placement--which almost brings the outside in--he created a space that is both open and airy, yet warm and comfortable. Rolf is also wonderful to work with. His initial drawings were playful and creative--and the process continued to be fun and inspired throughout--even when faced with budgetary constraints! We were thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Rolf and love the home he designed for us!
