Whether it’s designing the project in 3D animation software or constructing the vision, his primary goal is to build something you love. Having had much experience in building projects, I can tell you that this is a rare find. Passionate, dedicated and reliable, he will build you an unimaginable home at a cost you wouldn’t believe possible - because he personally builds much of the exotic, expensive items on site - as opposed to paying huge prices from third parties. Examples: floating staircase and iron railings, spiral staircases, fireplace surrounds/mantels, range hoods, custom bars, and stonework, on and on. Unique Concepts did a major makeover on our home: 3500 sq’ to 9000+. Along the way, we added an “in-laws” type apartment for 1000 sq. feet. We were amazed at the impressive space he was able to create on this significantly lower budget. When we moved to Little Rock we hired Unique Concepts to build a house for us in West Little Rock. We had no idea how to go about it. Mike and Karyn walked us through the whole process from the very beginning. From the planning phase all the way through completion of the project Mike and Karyn openly demonstrated how much they love and enjoy building homes for people. Their attention to detail and the love they put into every little detail shows their deep commitment to excellence. Mike even went the extra mile and added in rounded corners on our walls and also rounded the beautiful trim in every room. We could have not asked for anything better. They worked tirelessly in order to give us much more than we anticipated. We absolutely love our house!

Unique Concepts built our dream house for us. It was amazing! Due to a work relocation, we reluctantly had to move and sell our house. We had two acceptable offers within 48 hours of listing.
