Gave me a quote on 8/24/24 for new construction plans and on 9/9/24 said he could not take on my project 'due to an unexpected increase in our work load'. Very unprofessional to give a quote and then 16 days later say you cannot do it.

Victor is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The designing process takes time and Victor was patient and understanding the whole way towards making a well designed home. In addition, when changes needed to be made during the building phase he executed those quickly and efficiently so our project never got hung up. As a bonus, he can do the engineering too. AND on top of all that he is enjoyable to work with as he is an interesting guy with many experiences.

Victor helped us design two houses in Gainesville. We came to him wanting a Craftsman style house and he helped us to come up with a good floor plan and walk us through the building process. His history in building construction as well as architecture gives him a realistic and aesthetic perspective. Working with him personally was a pleasure, he is punctual and professional. I also liked the fact that he works out of his home. I also important, his price was very fair for the services he provides. We would work with him again.

Mr. Raymos does great job determining his clients needs and designs their project for their lifestyle. His 3D rendering gives clients a first look of what their building will look like before construction even starts. I highly recommend this architect!

His designs for me range from a small screen porch addition to my house, to a three story oceanfront home north of St Augustine, to a five story office building. We wanted to design a roof system without trusses (using rafters) in order to have a useable attic space that we could walk around in, and Victor made it happen! We are very happy with the results.

Raymos designed a house for me and supervised the entire project during construction. The house has everything I looked for -- beautiful with lots of volume and light, really energy efficient, and very little maintenance required. People who visit are always impressed by the unique design and features of the house. Everyone says building a house is stressful, but I found it lots of fun, since he oversaw the design and construction details at a very reasonable price. I recommend him without any reservation.
