I have worked on a number of projects with Jim Haas. Not only is he a talented designer; he is also professional, collaborative, and accommodating. As a lighting designer I particularly value his insights and his willingness to partner in creating details that help lighting play an integral part in the overall project aesthetic. He is unique in his willingness to spend time on site to insure that what is drawn is what gets built. His rapport with both clients and tradespeople is excellent. His approach is humble, respectful, and highly competent.

My husband and I hired Westwork Architectural Studio to design our dream home and Jim did just that! He listened carefully to our desires and tastes as well as our specified budget. He worked closely with us, adjusting the details and design as we moved along in the process and as we became clearer on what we wanted. The end result was a home that is both architecturally beautiful and structurally sound. We have worked with Westwork Architects on two different occasions and have been extremely happy with our experiences. They designed our french country home and then approximately 10 years later, they designed a backyard poolhouse.
