William drew up the plans for my studio project- He researched my needs and created a unique space that considered the limitations of my property and the square footage I required. The result was a rhombus like shape. He followed up with concerns for the proper construction and re- configured the roof joists to accommodate a large span. I love my space.

We had such a wonderful experience with Bill as my architect. His pricing was very fair and his level of professionalism outstanding. He came in at his estimate. He worked well with the contractor and therefore there were very few re-dos. He thought of all the stumbling blocks and got the permitting through the city for our commercial project. We would only work with this man on my next project. The design was beautiful and we have many compliments on the building.

I collaborated with Bill Kleinschmidt developing a playhouse with an art focus for ages 6-15. Bill was very professional and great to work with as we created designated areas of art making and incorporated the building design to work with the activities. Bill is an attentive listener and creative designer, who is able to merge fabulous design with function. I would gladly work with him again on another project.
