Zerafa Studio LLC. is a boutique multidisciplinary design consultancy in New York City. Our SOHO-based studio, founded in 2005 by Jason M Zerafa, then a Senior Associate Principal at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, was created to provide both domestic and International clients with an experienced building-design team, capable of working in a fast paced collaborative environment with client groups and specialty consultants. We provide Architectural design consulting services that range from early stage concept design and feasibility studies, through detailed-design drawings and package-specific construction documents for a range of projects types.
