“Gladys is a true professional and is the perfect example of great customer service! We love the shutters and blinds we ordered from her, especially the custom shutters for a big arch window in our family room (see photo). We reached out to a few companies when we were searching for shutters and blinds, but Gladys was the most responsive. She also took a lot of time to explain options to us and was very patient when I changed my mind and had to add to the order. The installation crew (Jeff and Jessie) are really nice guys too!”

“Maria is excellent to work with. Her memory for my preferences and with furniture I already have is exemplary. I wanted to mix some favorite Queen Anne cherry pieces with modern, clean lines in the living/dining rooms and the result is stunning! She follows through, is prompt, and is knowledgeable about product and colors. I trust her 'eye' and everything turns out beautifully done. I am working with her on another guest bedroom. “Kimber assisted me with my window coverings when I moved into a new home. It was a big project, with many windows to cover. She was excellent in helping me select fabrics that would both compliment my interior space and function well for each room. We even did a motorization for the window coverings in the living room and it worked out beautifully. Kimber was there to help oversee the installation as well, which went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Kimber.”

“I called Blinds and Designs to come out and provide a bid for shades on a large skylight. We haven't installed them yet because all our bid came back over our budget. Blinds and designs were not the cheapest quote we received, but David, who came out and showed me some options, was very responsive, punctual and communicated well with me via email and phone. I appreciated his professionalism and would consider them again when we get our budget in order.”

“I had Jeff Johnson come to my home to give us an estimate on a closet that I wanted to turn into a pantry/office closet. He was on time for the appointment and was very pleasant and knowledgeable during the consultation. He listened to all of my needs and concerns and had options for me to choose from. He was able to do a 3-D rendering on his laptop so I could tell what the closet would look like. Other companies are still just drawing the design out on a sketch pad. He represented Bay Home and Window very well and I would highly recommend him. I have chosen not to purchase at this time because of some remodeling we are doing, but will definitely call him when we are ready.”

“We worked with Carrie Yoshida on 3 separate projects - 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. Each of the projects was completed on time within our budget and handled extremely professionally. We had never done any remodeling and could have easily been overwhelmed. Carrie listened to what we wanted and guided us through the design and material selection making it a smooth and enjoyable process. Her suggestions and recommendations were always on point and took our desires into consideration. I can say that I and my family absolutely love all three rooms, but especially the kitchen. Every little detail was considered from cabinets to pulls. The kitchen is now the center our family life. (Cost is for all three projects)”

“I have now used Innovative Window Ware and Terry Leak on about 5 projects in two different homes that I have owned - he is just amazing. First, he helped us deal with very difficult window sizes in our 1936 spanish style home and now he is helping us add character to a new construction home that really needs some architectural interest. He understands our exact needs from both a functionality and style perspective and he has never disappointed!”
