We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints. “Kristin designed the remodel for my home in Encinitas. In a matter of a few hours she overcame design problems we had been struggling with for months, then went on to polish the design into a stand-out plan that has been a joy to live in. This was a complete home remodel. We expanded the master bath, added a new bath, moved and expanded the kitchen, expanded the living room, and added a studio. The end result took advantage of our 180-degree view (which the original design didn't) and cost far less than selling and moving into a comparable property with a similar view, if we had been able to find one.”

“Ryan is the consummate professional. He embodies honesty and quality, consistently exceeding our expectations in every way. Both himself and his subcontractors are clean, courteous and polite. My wife felt very comfortable being home alone with them in our house (we have four daughters as well who adored the whole crew). He has done numerous projects for us: two full bathroom remodels, a family room addition and an additional bedroom add-on. We have known Ryan and used his company over the course of 8 years. Look no further, he is the best!!!”

“Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. “I strongly recommend Jeanne Liem. My company worked with her on designing and building-out residential projects. Jeanne has a terrific aesthetic and is really hard working. She took the time to truly understand what we wanted and made our vision a reality. From beginning until the end, she has been very professional, responsive, proactive, and being able to come up with multiple solutions to simple and complex problems we encountered during construction. Their design elements are so elegant and well matched with our concept that exceeded my expectations in many ways. Also, they did all those within the budget requirements. They were flexible in all the areas we worked. She made everything so easy and smooth. I do not even want to imagine what would happen if we have taken another route instead of working with her.”

“Spaces Renewed is a great company managed by a contractor-designer husband & wife team. Beth has a keen eye for design complimented by Marshall's high professional level of construction expertise. It was a real advantage for us to consult with both of them during the initial consultation, and the computer generated plans gave us a real good sense of what the end product would look like. From start to finish they were pleasant and courteous in every way showing a full degree of trustworthiness and honesty. The contractual documents were clearly itemized with plenty of detail, and all our questions were addressed with great care. They had a very skillful work crew that showed careful attention to every detail, including thorough cleanup at the end of every work day. They were always responsive to any questions or requests we had. Workdays were very consistent with no delays, which made the project come in on schedule. Everything worked out to be right on budget, and the final results far exceeded our expectations. We have no hesitation in giving Beth and Marshall the highest rating, and recommending their company to anyone who wants a thoroughly professional job done.”

“Hi Love working with Lori. I had a remodel done for my kitchen and bathroom and Lori was very helpful in choosing the right colors to match and everything to coordinate. When you are spending so much money remodeling I felt it was important to have someone like her. I absolutely love my remodel and get complements all the time. Lori is very talented and listens to her clients.”
