“We hired Robert Wise in April 2013 as a general contractor, to build a vacation house in the Tahoe Donner community in Truckee, cA. Given that this is the first house we've built, and since we live 200 miles from Truckee, we didn't know what to expect and were worried that the project will go sideways without constant supervision and experience managing such projects. They helped us from the start with a vision of a revised floor plan and also made themselves available to help us choose materials that met our design vision at a reasonable cost. The work itself was done at top quality levels despite the labor challenges in the Tahoe area and we have received many compliments from friends and family in the construction industry about the quality of the work.
