“We purchased a Model 51000 16x7 white #1686 Stratford steel garage door with windows. and 1 8550 3/4hp LiftMaster Garage Door opener Internet Gateway with 2 remotes/keypad/wallstation. We called for and estimate and Gary came right out and gave us the estimate. We got one other estimate and decided to go with Banko. They have a good reputation and prices were competitive. We were given an installation date and the young man arrived on the day to install the door and opener, etc. He was so polite and put on his headphones and it was amazing to see him work. He put the door together was very neat and threw all the wrapping materials in his truck. He took about 3 hours and then called me out to show me how to use the keypad, remote controls, etc. He also showed us how to open the door using the manual operation, in case we lost electricity at any time. Cannot say enough of how happy we were with our purchase and customer service. Due to our driveway being uneven, we did call Banko out a few times to solve the problem of a slight gap at the bottom of the door. They ordered a wider rubber gasket for the bottom of the door and that solved the problem. Very happy with their service.”

Immediately I found that he was very professional and quickly went about his work asking me questions about what my needs were and what I expected from his company. Rob provided me with a very detailed estimate and reviewed it in detail and solicited any questions that I might have. I received 3 other quotes and by far Rob was the most detailed, professional, personal and customer service oriented. Because of Rob I selected DGD to replace my garage door. I also worked with Allison to complete the paper work and schedule the install date. Allison was a pleasure to work with and she kept me apprised in regards to the install and payment schedule. Corey, the installer, arrived on time on the date scheduled. Corey was very personable and he went to work upon arrival and completed the removal & replacement in the time as stated by Allison & Rob. We had a minor cosmetic issue (dent in one of the door panels) that was quickly resolved with a call to Allison. No hassle customer service! After the install Linda Krumholtz contacted me to explain and arrange the county inspection to validate & approve the install, which went off without any issues. This is a very professional company and I would use them again and recommend them to family, friends and other home owners in my association. The only way they could receive higher praise would be if they served cheese, crackers and a nice bottle of wine! Kudos for a job well done by the entire DGD staff, you have a lot to be proud of.”
