“Ilan and his team have completed 2 projects for me. The first was Oct 2021: I was in a horrible place after my new construction business flooded and drywall, plumbing, flooring and cabinetry had to be removed due to city sewer backup. After working with my landlords, insurance, and the building HOA, I was still on the hook for a significant amount for repairs. Ilan met me the day after I called and got his team started on the project almost immediately. His guys are professional, efficient, and hardworking. You cannot go wrong with this team. I am so grateful with how they helped me during this difficult period. And that I was able to get back to business! I will definitely use them again should the need arise. The 2nd project was for my home, summer 2022. His team came and repaired our etched and detailed glass shower door for a fraction of the price a glass door store quoted me. Our railing had come off and we were told we would have to replace the entire glass door for a substandard quality and a significant cost and that the railing could not be fixed. Ilan's team came and fixed the railing within a few hours. The also made repairs throughout my home, including but not limited to: concrete stairs sealing, painting, re-sealing the shower and replacing fixtures. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is reliable, transparent, and easy to get a hold of. I have had horrible experiences working with contractors, so his team is like a breath of fresh air. They will do the work until it is complete and done to your satisfaction.”

“After receiving 4 other quotes from bathroom remodelers, I decided to go with 4ever Remodelers. I was very nervous, as this was my first experience hiring anyone to do a remodel. I didn't really know what to expect. We arranged to meet with Damian on a Saturday. He walked us through every step of the remodel, explaining the process, as well as the length of the job. About 10 days. The following Wednesday was the start of the job. Damien told me Robert would be working from 8-5 each day. That Wednesday, I arrived at about 11:30am. The bathroom was already half way through the demolition! By Saturday the new tub was in, the plumbing re-plumbed (this is a 1920 bungalow) new electric wiring done for the wall lighting, and Robert was installing the drywall! I was so impressed things were moving so fast. Damien met with me almost every other day to review the progress. When I arrived at the house to see how things were going, I would say hello to Robert and he always had a smile on his face to see me. He was very polite and kind, and would answer any questions I had and continued working, never skipping a beat! I believe he worked 9 straight days without a day off to complete my bathroom. Robert was one of the hardest workers I have ever met! During each step of the process, Robert would remove all the debris, and clean the area for the next step. My bathroom remodel went like clockwork. from beginning to end. No-non sense, no sitting around chatting with the owner either! No supervision needed. They did exactly what they promised. They are honest, professional and courteous. I absolutely had NO stress, other than what color tile and fixtures I had to pick out! Damien and Robert exceeded my expectations with everything! The quality of their work is outstanding! I couldn't have asked for better customer service either. The bathroom looks so great that now I am anxious to remodel my kitchen! I will definitely hire 4ever Remodelers again and again. I only hope he can fit me in when I am ready. Damien and his staff are gems! A 5 diamond rating from me!”

“We give Resil Home Improvement five stars; if we could give six, we would! We were introduced to this company while attending the Orland Park home show…we were looking for contractors to do a complete kitchen re-do. Mike Resil, the owner of the company, and some of his team were there and we were impressed with their display. They were friendly without being pushy and we took their brochure and business information. My husband, being an informed consumer, checked the company and reviews with the Better Business Bureau; they have an excellent rating. We called to set up an appointment (along with another Home Improvement Company) for the following week. Dave Allen, the General Manager, came to our home. He listened to our thoughts about what we were thinking of as far as our needs and the vision we had to make our 30+-year-old kitchen into a kitchen that would fit our lifestyle, as well as add beauty and value to our home. Dave was friendly, extremely knowledgeable (being in the business for many years) and his “we can make it happen” attitude, along with their excellent accolades from others and their BBB rating, convinced us to sign with them. It’s hard not to worry when making an investment this size, about stories that you hear about home improvement construction gone bad. THIS IS THE OPPOSITE! First, the price was right on with another quote we received and our budget. When the contract was signed, Dave gave us a timeline on when they would start and the approximate completion time. Mike Resil himself came to assess our job; he was courteous, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and confident our kitchen would be everything we hoped. He made excellent suggestions on things we wanted, as well as ideas that would make our kitchen efficient as well as beautiful. They started sooner, and finished earlier than quoted…making sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. Resil Home Improvement has a beautiful showroom, and Anastasia was wonderful in helping us choose our cabinetry and countertops. From the beginning of the teardown to the end, our experience with Mike and the two tradesmen (Mario and Wesley, thank you for everything) was wonderful. They gutted our kitchen, put in a new ceiling and lighting, cabinets and beautiful granite countertops. Mario and Wesley are stellar craftsmen. They didn’t hire outside electrical contractors or plumbers; they did all the work themselves. They installed the new appliances (we had purchased) and the work is excellent. Even the changes we requested were met with “of course, no problem.” They arrived to work on time every day, were friendly and polite, and worked diligently. At the end of the workday, everything was cleaned and ready for the next day. Mike was here almost every day checking on the progress, making sure we were happy and answering any questions we had. Truthfully, the kitchen is more beautiful than we ever imagined. Everyone who has seen it is impressed with the efficiency, beauty, and quality of the work.
