“NEWLOOK Development completed an exterior masonry repair on a property that was listed for sale by a bank located out of state. An exterior brick wall required a structural repair above a large window and then repair of the masonry wall. NEWLOOK was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable and came out quickly to bid the project. They were willing to work in the winter conditions as well. Because they have engineers on their staff they were also able to provide a report at the end of the project. The masonry repair was done quickly and the repaired area was perfectly matched with the existing wall. The sellers were extremely happy with the work NEWLOOK performed”

“Zambrano Development repaired and painted bay windows built in 1966 to prevent leaks and and improve the outward appearance of the house. They also a rebuilt a wooden gate. The work looks good but of course I am not a good judge and time will tell how long it lasts. I could not always reach them by cell phones. One day the two people I wanted to contact had full mailboxes. Also I would like to have been called on the days when they did not come, even though, yes, I know you can't work outdoors in the rain. Everyone who worked at the house was polite and pleasant. I would recommend this company.”

After moving forward with 123, a project manager Ariel picked me up and helped me shop for both of my bathroom remodels, providing helpful advice based on his experience but still totally respecting my personal style. We found everything I needed within a couple hours and he was also able to get my an amazing discount on everything purchased. He then picked me up a second time to help me find tiles for my bathroom backsplash which was still unfinished from my previous nightmare remodeling experience even though 123 wasn't even contracted to work on my kitchen so this was extremely nice of him and definitely not in the contract. Aside from the project management, the actual worker bee was amazing. He showed up every single day out of about 30 work days except one 1 (because of car trouble) and worked straight from 8 to 4 (the hours my building allows you to work) barely breaking for lunch. When he did break though, he hung out with our Dog and was always very nice and loving to him which we appreciated :). His work was impeccable. There were a few things we added on at the end or asked to be changed that 123 did without adding any costs or giving us any grief. Yes, the project cost was expensive BUT I got quotes from 2 other companies that came in right at the same price or higher so 123 is definitely comparable to any other remodeling company that provides professional, high quality service and work. If your priority is having a positive, stress free remodeling experience, where you need some advice and help picking out material, go with 123. You will not regret it. I spent 9 months in a horrible kitchen remodeling nightmare because I tried to go with someone who could not be held accountable for failing to deliver on what we had discussed and I ended up spending twice as much in the end and having to wait 9 months for my kitchen to be finished. “After receiving 4 other quotes from bathroom remodelers, I decided to go with 4ever Remodelers. I was very nervous, as this was my first experience hiring anyone to do a remodel. I didn't really know what to expect. We arranged to meet with Damian on a Saturday. He walked us through every step of the remodel, explaining the process, as well as the length of the job. About 10 days. The following Wednesday was the start of the job. Damien told me Robert would be working from 8-5 each day. That Wednesday, I arrived at about 11:30am. The bathroom was already half way through the demolition! By Saturday the new tub was in, the plumbing re-plumbed (this is a 1920 bungalow) new electric wiring done for the wall lighting, and Robert was installing the drywall! I was so impressed things were moving so fast. Damien met with me almost every other day to review the progress. When I arrived at the house to see how things were going, I would say hello to Robert and he always had a smile on his face to see me. He was very polite and kind, and would answer any questions I had and continued working, never skipping a beat! I believe he worked 9 straight days without a day off to complete my bathroom. Robert was one of the hardest workers I have ever met! During each step of the process, Robert would remove all the debris, and clean the area for the next step. My bathroom remodel went like clockwork. from beginning to end. No-non sense, no sitting around chatting with the owner either! No supervision needed. They did exactly what they promised. They are honest, professional and courteous. I absolutely had NO stress, other than what color tile and fixtures I had to pick out! Damien and Robert exceeded my expectations with everything! The quality of their work is outstanding! I couldn't have asked for better customer service either. The bathroom looks so great that now I am anxious to remodel my kitchen! “Chi Renovation remodeled my bathroom, refinished the hardwood floors, and painted all the walls. I'm very meticulous and, consequently, I am NOT an easy customer. So, when a job is done with superior quality, I want to acknowledge it and give full credit. Background I live in a 1-bedroom, Gold Coast condo that's about 700 Sq Ft. I hadn't updated it in 10 years and was really ready for change. I decided to refinish the wood floors, paint all the walls, and completely remodel the bathroom. I consulted with and received bids from 3 companies before choosing Chi-Renovation. Superior Advice & Direction Since I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do to the bathroom or the colors I would choose for the walls, I was open to suggestions. The Chi-Renovation Project Manager showed me pictures and asked questions to be better understand my tastes, how I would use the space, and my vision. And, the refinished hardwood floors look like new. Perfect! And, they completed everything in just 4 weeks! Why Chi Renovation & Design? TRUST... The Cost I was quoted $12,600 for the work (and that included basic building materials). I paid an additional $4,700 for my custom vanity and cabinets, tempered glass sink, brushed nickel fixtures (for the sink, tub, and shower), and tile. The price was reasonable given my vision for the space, the types design elements that I chose, and the quality of the work.”

“Benvenuti and Stein remodeled our kitchen, raised the ceiling in our dining room, and refinished our hardwood floors. Their entire staff is extremely professional, polite, honest, prompt and clean. One of their design professionals, Kris, was assigned to us for the duration of the 3 month project. Weekly meetings took place so that we were always on the same page as to where the project was in terms of completion and whether any issues needed to be resolved. Any issues that did arise were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Kris spent many hours with us visiting various suppliers (granite countertops, kitchen and door hardware, appliances). Her advice was very helpful. The level of craftsmanship shown by their carpenters (custom-designed and built cabinetry and onsite carpentry for crown-molding, etc.) is amazing. The project was completed on time and we could not be happier with the outcome. We now have a kitchen, dining room, and hardwood floors that we are extremely proud of.
