“We had just had our kitchen renovated and needed some styling done to make it a beautiful space to live in. We found Steph Hannam to be very professional and warm and asked us lots of questions about what we wanted to achieve in the space. We are so pleased with the end result. I love the pantry cupboard and all the styling and organising in each cupboard its a joy to open them up now A very hard working young lady with a wonderful sense of style and attention to detail. We have other rooms that require styling and will be working with Steph once again in the future. Thank you”

“I recently moved to a brand new apartment from a traditional Victorian terraced house after 30 years and so I wanted something totally new and different to what I had lived with previously. My taste is not very modern at all and so I was wanting someone who could help me create a really stylish space that would still suit my tastes (quite eclectic I must add!) In addition it is a really small and compact flat and so I needed some clever thinking on how and what to use, where. I decided to try My Bespoke Room as there service felt very affordable (only £75 per room) and they agreed to come and do an on site visit for a very small additional charge. Using them meant that I could still be in control of what was ordered and my budget, as they just gave me all the tools which saved me loads of time. I was so excited to see it transform that I kept updating them and I really felt they were as excited as I was and really into the project too which was really nice! I got on really well with both of them straight away and was really impressed with what they came up with. It is such a slick an easy service and their virtual moodboard is really cool. It covered everything from paint colours, wallpaper to furniture and finishing touches, including coat hooks and an umbrella stand! This was money well spent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some help in designing and furnishing their homes. Well done girls!!!”

“Emma visited us in our new home the week following completion and we spent time in every room attempting to describe the look and feel we were seeking. We set her the seemingly impossible challenge of coming up with design schemes for every room in just two weeks. The mood boards Emma created in such a short space of time are testament to her brilliant style and creativity but, above all, her ability to listen really carefully and deliver what we had asked for. The scope of Emma's ideas included wall finishes, colours, fabrics for all furnishings, carpentry, tiles, floorings, lighting, an attic conversion and new bathrooms. After an hour on the phone fine tuning colours and fabric Emma was able to deliver a fully specified mood board for each room together with fabric, wallpaper and paint specifications. We renovated and decorated the whole interior of the property in just 14 weeks and this was only possible because we had Emma's schemes to work with. Building and decorating costs were definitely kept to a minimum because all the decisions had been made in advance and the spirit of all trades involved remained high throughout because of this. I cannot recommend Emma highly enough - nothing is too much trouble for her and her cheerful, positive attitude will carry you through the process with confidence. Our beautiful home is much admired by everyone who visits, but the best reward is the pleasure we have every day in actually living in the finished rooms.”

“We used LEIVARS for the complete refurbishment of our family home, with extensive structural alterations the project was personally directed by the company founder Rebecca Leivars and we are in no doubt that we would not want to use anyone other than Rebecca who has shown time and time again that she is a consummate professional . We had and have complete trust in her and the company's ability to deliver on their promises, the level of commitment shown throughout a long project and all whilst we were residing at the property has left us with a beautifully designed and transformed family home which continues to get praise when we have visitors to our home. Rebecca was both patient, understanding and made it easy for us to run our business without getting bogged down by details, she completely took the strain away and dealt with all aspects of the planning, design, building management and procurement and kept us informed throughout each process. Rebecca's level of attention and commitment demonstrated throughout has left us with complete trust and confidence in her business. We would highly recommend LEIVARS as an Interior Design practice and would work with her again.”

“Our family bathroom was the worst room in the house and the last to get around to because we couldn’t work out exactly what to do with it. It had been used as a wet room and was essentially one big shower with a tiny half sized bath and we knew we wanted a full size bath but that was about it. We asked Martyn to help and he came up with brilliant ideas that completely transformed the space. He he proposed building a half wall to form part of the shower enclosure, this made for a beautiful shower and great separate space for the basin and pedestal which he built out of a combination of a small reclaimed sideboard and square basin, with taps coming straight out of the wall. We had in mind that we would tile the walls but he suggested making faux wood panelling. This was way cheaper than tiling and looks amazing with the colour scheme he chose. Martyn has an amazing eye for design, he genuinely listens to what he clients wants and comes up with unique, clever and inspiring solutions. I recommend him unreservedly.”

“We wanted something a bit different and retro for our living space and we are thrilled with the results. The room is totally transformed and also looks to have more space thanks to Lisa and Rob’s clever storage solutions. The coloured walls look wonderful both in daylight and in the evening and really show off our artwork. All the work is carried out to a very high standard.
