“I engaged Chris to draw up plans for a house extension and garage conversion into an office and shed. I was extremely impressed with Chris's attitude and professionalism throughout the whole process. He kept me informed of his work, advised me where necessary and came to see me at regular intervals to review the design and ensure I understood all aspects of the work clearly. Chris's knowledge through the planning process was invaluable and helped get this approved effortlessly. His detailed and thorough plans and drawings meant that the builders (a number of whom Chris recommended) could price up this work in an accurate manner and provide detailed timelines for the project. Which as a project manager myself was great to see! There is absolutely no doubt I would use Chris again for any other projects and have happily recommended him to friends and family.”

“dwell design began working for us on the extension and refurbishment of our new home after the plan drawing company we had initially been recommended totally let us down. By comparison Anthony and the team were thorough, interested, passionate and knowledgeable with much appreciated attention to detail. I felt that Anthony took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for in our home and tailored the plans to suit what we really needed, coming up with a design that worked for us. The final result is all we had hoped for and more and would not have happened without all the hard work from the dwell team. They have all been a pleasure to work with.”

“We were very pleased when Karenna Wilford Architects were recommended to us for our cottage extension and refurbishment. Karenna has been like a breath of fresh air to us. She is reliable, professional and very pleasant to work with. She worked closely with us to give us not only just what we wanted but also made valuable suggestions which proved to be a large benefit to the final scheme. KWA project managed all the building works as we had very specific requirements and wanted to use specialised contractors. They were very efficient and KWA kept us well informed of the impact some of the design decisions would have on our budget! We love our new home and can thoroughly recommend Karenna and her team.”

“CADup Ltd are a friendly and professional company that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. I have used CAD UP to produce technical detail drawings for my business since 2010 and have always been happy with the service they provide. The drawings are produced with meticulous detail and are presented clearly. Their costs are reasonable and go out of their way to meet deadlines. “Each design that Three|Eleven work on is unique and never formulaic, Rob Beer works creatively to exceed both a clients needs and their vision. We have worked with Rob on a challenging new build in Rottingdean where planning permission was tough to gain and came with incredibly tight restrictions. With constraints on size, this project demanded a creative design to maximise both space and light, whilst also meeting the clients dream of a traditional Arts & Crafts style house. We are currently working with Rob to build a stunning extension on a Victorian house which is also progressing well. It's a pleasure to work with Rob, we receive the detailed plans we need and communication is open and supportive - we really couldn't recommend Three|Eleven more highly.”
