“We engaged Studio Far West to project manage the complete refurbishment and extension to our cottage in St Agnes. The project was managed seamlessly, Hollie was able to liaise with contractors on site to ensure the project was moving along and finished to a high standard, this took much of the stress away as we weren’t in the county to oversee the project. The end result is a beautifully and tastefully renovated cottage with thoughtful design features and detail both internally and externally. To top it all off imagine our delight when Studio Far West’s design for our cottage was picked up and featured in 25 Beautiful Homes! I cannot recommend them enough!”

“I stumbled across Cotton Mills by accident when looking for a Harlequin stockist. We'd just moved to Cornwall, close to Truro, and were looking to do a complete restyle of our house. The whole team at Cotton Mills have been exceptional. They helped with fabric choices, styling, and colour schemes. The finished curtains and blinds are wonderful and made to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“'As main contractors, we were pleased with how the house looked when completed, and we believe that it displays the skills of our workforce in the standard of finish which was achieved. We worked well in a spirit of co-operation on this complex project with Alan Dale the architect, and having produced his working drawings, we were then in daily contact with him throughout the project, and if a problem was encountered this was quickly resolved between us, and a drawing produced when required. In this way, we were able to proceed in a positive manner with good morale amongst the workforce. We will be pleased to work with Alan Dale again in future.'”

“Once I had given Liselle the specifications of the Velux blind I required, she promptly sent me details and photos of the two she had sourced with slightly differing shades and also provided me with details of a fitter should I need one. I made my choice of blind and Liselle ordered, received and passed it on to me. She dealt with everything very professionally. I am now hoping to use her services to sort out some blinds for two triangular windows I have. Thank you so much Liselle.”

“The project was to convert an old Sunday School; which had not been used in decades, into a three bedroom family home. The structure was derelict and basically a main hall. We employed Pendragon Builders because the portfolio of previous work was exceptional, their skill set was perfectly aligned to our needs and the staff were highly skilled and fully committed to the project. Kevin was an amazing link pin in realising our aspiration and managing the project. The estimate was incredibly detailed and left no doubt that every part of the build would be completed without hidden costs or needless waste. The end product is flawless, we could not be happier. One of the most impressive aspect of Pendragon Builders; apart from the high quality of workmanship, was the constant contact and progress reports which ensured we were fully involved from the outset. I would recommend the services of this building firm without hesitation and will definitely use them again for any future building needs. Max”
