“Cross Country Builders are extremely knowledgable and experienced with creating and building custom homes. Their team of trades people are true craftsmen who are passionate about their work and it shows in quality and detail. Most important to us was that our home was on time and on budget and, we had regular communication with the team. This included formal build meetings at specific completion points to our very frequent phone calls or emails - and they always answered their phone or promptly returned a message. They worked hard for us, advocated for our needs when necessary and ensured our money was spent on what mattered to us. I will build with them again but until then, my next call to Cross Country will be a renovation project!”

“In 2010, Inertia designed a house for a young couple in Edmonton. They asked for a small house with a tight building envelope on a unique lot they had found near Mill Creek Ravine Park. As with all projects that we design directly for owners, we are never quite sure what will happen once it actually gets built. I'm quite pleased to report that Effect Home Builders nailed it. The house is a precise reflection of the design intent, and this speaks volumes about the integrity and capability of this builder. “EE Homes built a custom 2400 sqft home for us in 2007. The communication through the process was fantastic, and all issues were dealt with promptly. The home is very comfortable and has their special walk system which really makes a difference. We had no hotnot cold spots, and the noise from outside rarely made it into the house. We highly recommend them and would build again.”
