They are very good at honoring their warranty as well. I purchased about 11 diffrent items including a light fixture for our dining room over the years. We will go back if and when an item is needed without thinking twice.”

“We love our new kitchen - designed by Steve at The Cabinet Connection. It is a joy to work in my new kitchen! We had a small space and he provided us with a detailed rendering of the design before work started so that we could have a great picture of the finished design - from concept to completion. Every space was professionally designed and we have optimum use of each area - from cooking to preparation to storage - all within easy reach. Steve's attention to detail and excellent customer service throughout the project was always evident. Colour ideas, cabinetry, countertops, as well as assistance with appliance ideas was extremely well done, and suited our needs perfectly. Thank you so much - we are thrilled with the finished job, the quality of the cabinets, as well as the demonstrated knowledge and experience of Steve.”

“In August 2014, we purchased a 38 year old condominium in Ottawa. We recognized the condominium would have to be completely renovated, in order that it met our needs, prior to us actually moving into it. HOME Inc. was one of three companies that we approached regarding our renovations. We chose HOME Inc. due to apparent expertise, estimates and services offered. We are very pleased that we did so. The kitchen and both bathrooms were completely designed for us and we had significant input into the design and choice of the fixtures, cabinets and tiling, etc. In some cases, we gave general requirements and left the final choice up HOME Inc. For example, the first time that we actually saw the hardwood flooring was during its actual installation. In all cases, we were pleased with the choices made for us. Our renovations were not really smooth and there were numerous times when we had to act on situations that arose. However, since we lived over a four hour drive from Ottawa, it was reassuring for us to be dealing with an organization in which we had complete trust. Based upon our experience, we would recommend HOME Inc. If we were doing it all over again, we would consider nobody else. We highly recommend HOME Inc. “Manotick Kitchen and Bath was contracted to completely remodel the master living quarters and kitchen. Custom cabinetry and design which involved moved walls, windows, doorways , custom flooring and elaborate millwork and extravagant fixtures were provided. The MKB team did an exemplary job on this major renovation which exceeded the original timeline by just a week. This in itself was most welcomed given the number of design changes we requested mid project. I would recommend MKB without reservation for the complete home remodel. Thanks to Mike and the guys!”

“Emma and her entire Grassroots Design & Build team provide an incredible product at competitive pricing without any of the BS. While I have not (yet) hired Grassroots to work on my own home, I have now photographed over a dozen projects by them varying in scope and scale. From accent furniture in a sitting room to a complete rebuild of a kitchen and bathroom, I've found Emma's taste to be one of classic beauty. Not everyone lives in an ultra-modern clean home, not everyone has the budget to re-construct their entire house. Emma comes in with her team and re-builds what is required preserving the feel and taste of the home and owner at any budget. I've seen kitchens using Ikea cabinets with very classy design touches to stay on budget, or a fully-outfitted bathroom with no expense spared. A contractor and designer in-one, I've found her work to be thorough and well executed from concept to finished product. If you have an old home, or just a new one that needs a touch of class, I would recommend Grassroots for this work.”
