“I had a great experience with Bob! I found Bob after searching the web for Professionals near me. After meeting with a few different professionals Bob seemed the best for me and my project. He helped me through the entire process, helping me with each step and was great at explaining everything he was going to do, he even came shopping for ideas with me. I am not originally from the US and Bob was very patient in putting it in terms I would understand and explaining the things while comparing them to the European system for me! This is our first home and our first remodel. Bob remodeled our bathrooms from the top down, as well as ripped out all of our piping that was very overdue for replacement. He treated everything with the best respect in our new home. I highly recommend Bob to anyone needing a great professional.”

“No 2nd quote! Yes! I signed my first ADU contract with DH! Either Sam and his team are too good, or I am too blind trusting, and so far, I think it is the former. Sam took me to work sites, and had me meeting designer Shon, on phone with his manager, Idan. The team works very well together. I like that. Sam has the ability to remove all the doubts and questions I have, and he is a creative problem solver I did not mark a 5 star because we just started. Sometimes, Joey don't reply my text right away, I understand that everybody is busy, and I don't immediately reply everything either, and on issues gating the progress, Sam is very responsive. All in all, things look good.”

“We had NME finish our basement, about 1000 square feet. They literally built it from nothing as it was just concrete and studs. We had them build a full bathroom, large guest/office room, kitchenette, and a common living space. Noor was ALWAYS very responsive to our calls, emails, and texts and was helpful to answer any questions we had and mindful of us trying to stay in our budget, making adjustments when needed. The finished product was a beautiful, comfortable living space conducive to our family's needs. We have three young kids and this space definitely maximizes the functionality of our home. “Hakan was the project manager for our renovation. Each detail was explained thoroughly. I interviewed several home improvement companies in the northern Virginia area; none matched the knowledge of product information and costs of construction for completely renovating my kitchen. Architectural renditions were exact to specifications;no last-minute changes had to be made. Prior to the beginning of the renovation, costs and date of completion was discussed along with a time line dedicated to the selection of cabinets, floor, tiles, lighting fixtures etc. The crew assigned to my project were courteous, quick, clean and put materials away each day. I never had to worry about the rest of the house being a dust bowl or cleaning up foot prints. I would highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath.”

“For the longest time my husband & I were looking for the right company that would remodel our outdated 20 year old house. We found that company & they are great! We went with Royal Remodeling & Design who have a showroom in downtown Sarasota! The whole crew was super! Always on time, started at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday until project was done. Clean, polite and very professional! It was a big job! Complete bathroom remodel with frameless glass doors, shaker cabinets & Cambria quarts. New porcelain tile wood planks, new baseboards & complete repaint. After the remodel, our home now looks modern & beautiful! We are really happy.
